Questions
Which OLTs does PonPilot support?
Huawei GPON OLTs: MA5608T, MA5680T/MA5683T and the MA5800 series.
Does it work with third-party ONTs?
Yes. ZTE, FiberHome, CIOT, China Mobile models, VSOL, MONU and other standard GPON ONTs are authorized and managed like Huawei ones, from the same screens.
Will my customers drop when I move to PonPilot?
No. PonPilot can take over your OLT exactly as it is configured today. When you choose to clean up profiles, changes are made live and checked ONT by ONT, with automatic roll-back if one doesn't come back.
Do I need a public IP or port forwarding?
No. Your MikroTik builds an encrypted tunnel to PonPilot. OLTs and ONT management stay on private addresses.
How much does it cost?
